Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees or contractors of the participating companies (Jim’s Jerseys, Bach 95, and Spirit Sports Equipment) or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

  1. Competition Period

The competition will run from 18:00 on 12th December 2024 until 23:59 on 16th December 2024. Any entries submitted after this period will not be considered.

  1. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

  • Like the giveaway post.
  • Tag 2 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
  • Follow all three participating Instagram accounts: @jimsjerseys_, @bach95brewingco, and @sserugby.
  • Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag all three accounts.
  1. Prize Details

The prizes are as follows:

  • Jim’s Jerseys: 12 custom rugby jerseys (sizes and designs to be chosen by the winner). There is a limit of 3 different sizes within the order of 12 units, and the jerseys are available only in hooped designs.
  • Bach 95: 2x 24 Bach 95 4.2% Lager (delivery must be within the UK and recipients must be of legal drinking age).
  • Spirit Sports Equipment: 5 rugby balls with Jim’s Jerseys logo printed. 

Each prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.

  1. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The selection will take place on 17th January 2025.

  1. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via an Instagram story on Jim’s Jerseys’ official Instagram account (@jimsjerseys_). The winner will have 48 hours to respond with their contact details. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected at random.

  1. General Terms
  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  • The promoters (Jim’s Jerseys, Bach 95, and Spirit Sports Equipment) reserve the right to disqualify any participant who breaches the rules.
  • By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes in connection with the competition.
  • The promoters reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
  1. Privacy

Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties except for the purpose of prize fulfillment.

  1. Liability

The promoters are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property in connection with this giveaway or the prizes.
